I had ordered only my bridal bouquet from them just because I absolutely loved the look of this bouquet. I ordered it, I got married on a Monday and a lady called me the Friday before telling me it would be challenging for her as she isn’t open during the weekends and she opens up at 9am. Before ending the call she then begins to tell me that she has no hydrangeas for my bouquet that was supposed to be in there, and said it’s okay I wouldn’t even notice. No offer of any replacement flowers or ideas, or even some kind of refund. Within 10 minutes of me having my bouquet it fell apart. I didn’t even have it long enough for it to look good for a simple court house wedding. It was supposed to be a cascading bouquet and it was no where near that. It wasn’t as full as I’d imagined it be and some of the flowers were wilted. Although i tried to brush it off the day of and enjoy the rest of my day, i had called and emailed the shop, and haven’t heard back since. For the price and the lack of care I have received from this place I don’t think I’ll go back unfortunately. Pictures are going to be attached.

The service was great. The florist was able to accommodate my last minute delivery order for Mother's day. The arrangement was beautiful. My mother absolutely loved them. I will definitely be using Flowers By Us for all my flower arrangements from now on!

I dont feel they even deserve one star. I ordered on line, the site claims same day delivery in town. The next day came i got notice via email it was delivered, that was Saturday. Never delivered. I called and she Dinita said it was in process. Ok so maybe by Sunday then. Nope. Maybe Monday , still nothing. Monday she gave no excuse and no apologies, which was rude in itself. Mom got no flowers on mothers day. I was very very disappointed to say the least. She did refund the entire order. BEWARE.

Never have I wrote a review but omg, the flowers looked nothing like what I ordered but I had to use them since they were done the day before prom even though I ordered them 2 weeks before and when I took them out of the box they fell apart. What a total scam for $70

Ordered through FTD and got this place. Ugh what a terrible service. Flowers weren’t delivered but got an email that they were. Then delivered a day late with no confirmation of any kind. They delivered while on the phone with recipients. No apology for being late. Since I’m out of state I have no clue if it was what I ordered. Worst place ever. Will order directly from another place in Grand Forks, ND but never from them again.
